Hi everyone! My name is Caroline (she/her) and I am a second-year MCDB major. GCSIG was actually the first club that I joined at UCLA! I have always been fascinated by the field of Genetic Counseling, so finding out there was a student interest group on campus was such a delight. GCSIG’s meetings and events showed me the diverse variety of paths a genetic counselor can take and provided me with incredible real-life experiences and connections. I hope our club makes you even more excited about this career! Happy to meet you all :D
